In 2019, Generation Z – those born between 1981 and 1996 – overtook Baby Boomers as the largest segment of the U.S. population. But their time at the top is going to be limited as the generation behind them – Generation Alpha – will be even larger.
The future is in their hands. How we disciple them will radically affect the world they live in.
Let’s get to work.
If we're going to change the world, even renowned youth ministry leader Richard Ross has said ministry to young people needs to be "radically re-evaluated." We must get back to basics -- in-depth, long-term discipleship. Christ commanded His followers to make disciples who make disciples. In 2 Corinthians 5:20, we are to be ambassadors for Christ. In today’s culture, that means we must walk alongside students, encouraging them along their spiritual journey through teaching, serving and encouragement.
Through Royal Ambassadors, TBM helps churches and families do just that with young men. Working shoulder to shoulder with them, students learn what it means to follow Christ, live out their faith and change the lives of others.
