Track One: Cooking

Learn how to cook for hundreds and even thousands of people at a time. Each meal conveys God's love. Classes include cooking, menus and menu planning.
Track Two: Logistics
- Don't want to cook? No problem. Help with support. Classes include logistics, equipment, inventory, trailer management, sanitation and washing.
