Target Audience: People who want to prepare the best meals for people affected by disasters as well as TBM volunteers.

Bringing together people from across the state, this class will go over menus and recipes, including breakfast, entrées and deserts for large numbers of people. This is a great time to share knowledge and gain some cooking ideas. Class is scheduled for April 3 from 6-8 p.m.
