Forms

In order to ensure everyone is safe and can participate in all the events they'd like to participate in, the following forms must be completed.

This helps leader better plan the event for the growth of every camper.

• Medical Release Form: Must be completed for every camper
• Sample Letter of Confidence: Required for each church or group
• 🚁 Helicopter Ride Release Form: Must be completed by parent to ride

• Helpful Hints for Leaders: A short summary of everything that will happen at Missions Mania
• Missions Mania Manual: All the information about the events and activities for the weekend.

• Mission Speak Out competitor form: Must be completed for each student participating in the Mission Speak Out Tournament
• Bible Drill Red Cycle Verses: Same verses for the 2024 competion cycle
• Campfire Cooking Competition Entry: Got some winning dishes, or something creative? Enter it in our campfire cooking competion!
